• Formatting: Use clear headings, subheadings, bullet points, and numbered lists to enhance readability.
• Citations: Provide proper citations for any data, statistics, or external sources referenced.
• Author Bio: Include a brief author bio (50-100 words) with a headshot and relevant social media links.

• Length: Keep videos between 30 to 90 seconds.
• Quality: Ensure high-resolution video and clear audio.
• Format: Submit videos in MP4 format.
• Caption: Include a concise caption summarizing the video's content.
• Submission: Upload your video to a cloud storage service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) and share the link in your email submission.

Additional Notes:

• Exclusivity: We prefer articles that have not been published elsewhere.
